Main Job Content:
(1) Overall design of PLC application systems and configuration design of PLCs;
(2) Selection of PLC modules and determination of technical specifications for related products;
(3) PLC programming and setting;
(4) Equipment parameter setting and accompanying program design;
(5) Design, overall integration, debugging, and maintenance of control systems.
Learning Content:
Our learning process is divided into three stages. The first stage is foundational courses, mainly aimed at students with no prior knowledge from Suzhou Electrician Training [http://www.bangyuanedu.com]. 4. Tricks and shortcuts of GX Developer software to effectively increase work efficiency
5. Methods for reading hardware faults of PLC peripherals

4. Determination of program flow and creation of subroutines

2. Sequential control instructions and usage techniques

Day 12:
1. Control of traffic lights at crossroads (Omron control)
(1) Selection of PLC
(2) I/O address allocation and parameter setting
(3) Programming of traffic light control at crossroads
2. Two-stage sequence Y-△ start control (Omron control)
(1) Low-voltage electrical appliances
(2) Drawing of complex click control principle diagrams (AUTOCAD)
(3) Wiring for forward/reverse rotation of motors
(4) Design of control circuits for Y-△ voltage reduction start of motors using PLC
(5) Hardware wiring and circuit design for control circuits of two-stage Y-△ voltage reduction start using PLC
Third Stage
Day 13:
1. Understanding and programming of interrupts;
2. Introduction to Mitsubishi inverters, installation of Drive monitor software, online adjustment of parameters and parameter backup;
3. Realization of single-speed control of inverters by PLC;
4. Realization of multi-speed control of inverters by PLC;
5. Electrical connections of analog quantity modules (two-wire, four-wire, thermoresistance, thermocouple);
6. Ladder diagram programming of analog quantity input/output (pressure measurement, temperature measurement, instrument display, inverter analog quantity speed control);
7. Realization of programming of analog quantity input/output;
8. Statement list STL programming of analog quantity input/output (pressure measurement, temperature measurement, instrument display, inverter speed control);
9. Understanding accumulators.
Day 14:
1. Realization of continuous speed control of inverters by PLC (realization of PID regulation programming through I/O board of inverter);
2. PID realization of constant pressure control programming;
3. Use of PID debugging tool [PID Control Parameter Assignment];
4. Testing and validation of PID realization of constant pressure control program;
Day 15:
1. Use of Mitsubishi touchscreen software
2. Basic screen creation
3. Upload/download backup of touchscreen software
4. Methods and experiments for adding buttons, indicator lights, fault alarms, etc., in touchscreens
5. Common fault diagnosis and methods for PLCs
6. Case analysis
Day 16:
1. Working principle of servo motors;
2. Settings for Siemens V80 servo driver;
3. Connection between PLC and V80 servo driver;
4. Self-wiring method;
5. Handling of servo return to origin, left/right limits;
6. Programming for reciprocating motion of V80-driven screw table.
Enrollment Requirements (Meeting any one of the following qualifies for participation):
(1) Continuous engagement in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(2) After obtaining a level four occupational qualification certificate in this occupation, continuous engagement in this occupation for more than 4 years.
(3) After obtaining a level four occupational qualification certificate in this occupation, continuous engagement in this occupation for more than 3 years, having undergone standard training hours for level three, and obtaining a graduation certificate.
(4) Possessing a college diploma or higher in a related major.
(5) Possessing a college diploma or higher in another major, with continuous engagement in this occupation for more than 1 year.
(6) Possessing a college diploma or higher in another major, obtaining a level four occupational qualification certificate in this occupation, having undergone standard training hours for level three, and obtaining a graduation certificate.
