In the outdoor team building activities in Beijing, the Brave Climbing Heavenly Ladder project is a double-person high-altitude challenge project with certain harmonization difficulty. Every time when the members require higher challenges, the Beijing team building company will always suggest everyone to come and challenge this project. This project requires two people to participate together in the team building activity, supporting each other to climb to the top of the heavenly ladder. The members usually use such a method for climbing: one member climbs up first and then pulls the teammate below who has not climbed up yet. This is actually a very simple and effective way, which is an ideal approach to participate in this project. However, if both persons are unable to climb up first and cannot think of a better way to participate, the challenge will easily fail.
If the challenge fails, you will find that the members are very frustrated, even blaming each other. Often at this time, it is easy for people to develop a bad attitude, which may even affect the following other activities. In the expansion, we often remind the members to eliminate mutual blame, understand more, and be more tolerant. Some members' physical strength is not their forte, so they naturally do poorly in projects that require physical strength consumption. However, their minds are very flexible, and they can answer questions requiring deep thought fluently. This requires our two teams of members to cooperate and communicate effectively. In the Brave Climbing Heavenly Ladder project, a large amount of physical strength is required. In order to achieve the purpose of mutual cooperation among members, coaches often adopt a way where one male is paired with one female for the challenge. Females usually play the role of mental laborers in the activities, while males usually play the role of physical laborers.
During the climbing process, the male needs to climb up first, then hold the bead above his head with one hand, squat down as much as possible, and use the other hand to pull the female companion below. Both use force upward simultaneously. At this time, the female companion grabs the male companion's safety belt with her other hand while being pulled up by the boy. In this way, both go up. The method is very simple, but there is still some difficulty in operation because the distance between the rungs of the heavenly ladder is constantly expanding. The higher up, the less squatting amplitude the male companion has, or he might even not reach the girl. At this point, the two need to think of other more feasible ways. There are many methods. As long as one finds a suitable one, the challenge can be successful.
