The fifth Badminton Open of Gaoming District is now accepting registrations. The registration will continue until March 30th, with no geographical restrictions for participants. The event is scheduled to take place in mid-April.
This year's competition will feature two categories: Elite Group and Improvement Group, with singles events (men's singles, men's doubles, mixed doubles) and team events. In terms of prize money, the team event offers a maximum of 5000 yuan, while the singles events offer a maximum of 1600 yuan.
The Badminton Open is one of the key mass sports brand activities recently developed in Gaoming District. Last year's open attracted more than 500 participants from various cities in the Pearl River Delta region, including all districts of Foshan City, as well as Zhaoqing, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Huizhou, and Guangzhou.
