The PC Version of "Resident Evil 6" Delayed for Perfection

Nowadays, most games are released not only on consoles but also on PC. However, only a few titles manage to release on both platforms simultaneously. Usually, the PC version is released some time after the console version. The reasons behind this practice are well understood by everyone, but manufacturers can't openly tell players the truth and instead have to provide seemingly legitimate excuses.

Recently, Capcom issued a statement regarding the delayed release of the PC version of "Resident Evil 6."

"Typically, development of the PC version begins once the console version is completed or nearly finished. Unfortunately, there are always some minor issues during the porting process, but we have done our utmost to resolve these problems."

It's the same old story; almost every time it's the same excuse—either there are issues with the porting process or it’s to ensure the quality of the PC version, etc., etc. Next time, they should probably come up with something fresher.

The console version of "Resident Evil 6" will be released on November 20th, while the PC version's release date remains undecided.
