Common causes that induce hemorrhoid diseases include:
1. Occupational relations: People standing or sitting for long periods, carrying heavy loads over long distances, can affect venous return, causing slow blood flow in the pelvic cavity and congestion of the abdominal organs. This can lead to excessive engorgement of the hemorrhoidal veins, decreased venous wall tension, and easy blood stasis and expansion of the vessels. Additionally, due to insufficient exercise, reduced intestinal peristalsis, delayed stool passage, or habitual constipation, pressure and stimulation on the veins can cause local engorgement and obstructed blood return, leading to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins and reduced venous wall resistance.
