It was unexpected that eating what kind of fruit could enhance the bosom. After just opening the drawer, Ms. Fan returned to the store. Shocked, Ms. Fan first shouted "There's a thief!" towards the door, then picked up a chair in the store to prevent Wang Kun from committing the crime, while attempting to close the drawer containing cash. Guilty for not having stolen any money yet, Wang Kun thought, "You're shouting so loudly before I even get your money!" In a panic, he forcefully pushed away the chair and opened the drawer again, stealing 285 yuan in cash inside. Upon hearing the news, the police quickly arrived at the scene. Wang resisted arrest, using punches and bites, causing injuries to one officer and multiple parts of Ms. Fan's body.
The defendant, Wang Kun (a pseudonym), from Gongyi, is currently 22 years old. Due to his parents' early death, he has always lived in poverty. Around 11 a.m. on September 21, 2011, while wandering around the village streets, Wang Kun saw Ms. Fan leaving her own store, and thus planned to steal some edible items from Ms. Fan's store. After entering the store, Wang Kun noticed a drawer half-open next to the counter, with a stack of cash inside. With the intention to steal already formed, Wang Kun pulled open the drawer, preparing to take the cash.
On February 17, according to China News Service Zhengzhou, due to financial difficulties, Wang entered someone else's store to steal but used violence and caused injuries when discovered to resist arrest. Recently, the People's Court of Gongyi City, Zhengzhou sentenced Wang to three years in prison for robbery and fined him 2000 RMB.
The court ruled that according to relevant provisions of the criminal law, if theft is committed and violence or threats are used on the spot to hide stolen goods, resist arrest, or destroy evidence, it shall be punished as robbery. Thus, Wang was legally sentenced for robbery and fined.
