With the rise of China's economy, the concept of independent innovation has been proposed. The three words "creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation" are closely linked to the growth of the nation, enterprises, and individuals. They are not only the core of economic development but also the core of personal growth. In the new economic era, every Chinese person's career and advancement will be closely connected to these three "C" words, sharing weal and woe.

I. The Career and Advancement Path of Chinese People

Career planning is not an imported concept. Rich ideas of life planning are embedded in traditional Chinese culture. The eight items of Chinese culture - "rectifying the mind, sincerity, investigating things, acquiring knowledge, cultivating oneself, regulating the family, governing the country, and setting the world in order" - these eight represent the fundamental connotations of a career derived from historical significance. "Rectifying the mind and sincerity" pertain to the value level, "investigating things" refers to the learning process, "acquiring knowledge" represents the process of growth, and "cultivating oneself, regulating the family, governing the country, and setting the world in order" are goal pursuits. Governing the country and setting the world in order in modern society does not mean becoming an emperor or minister, but rather becoming an entrepreneurial leader or innovation expert in one's industry.

In the past, the upward mobility path for Chinese people was very narrow. In feudal society, the imperial examination system - officialdom was the only way out for individuals. In modern China, professional upward mobility channels gradually opened up. After the reform and opening-up, contemporary China truly achieved diversification, providing broader development space for people in the workplace. The greatest achievement of reform and opening-up was that the private economy became the main force. China's private enterprises were founded by farmers and grassroots. By developing through entrepreneurship into entrepreneurs, they reached the peak of their lives, which is the best and most open society. The "economic equality" provided by private entrepreneurship unfolded a never-before-seen new situation in China.
