The main factors that induce anal fissures are as follows:
**Reason One: Constipation**
Among the causes of anal fissures, constipation is the biggest culprit. The long-term retention of feces in the rectum can not only induce rectal cancer but also affect blood circulation. When patients strain to pass hard stools, it inevitably puts significant pressure on the anus, causing tears, swelling, and a series of pathological changes.
