Skin care is the most important procedure before everyone applies makeup. It is crucial to keep the face clean and moisturized!
Thoroughly Cleanse the Skin
1. Facial Steaming with Mist
Softens the skin's keratin, unclogs pores, promotes blood circulation, replenishes moisture, and hydrates the skin.
Precautions: A. Close eyes lightly during misting.
B. During preheating, do not point the nozzle directly at the customer's face. Once the mist is functioning normally, test the amount of mist and temperature with your hand. When appropriate, spray from the forehead downwards. If an abnormal water sound is detected, turn off the power and check.
C. For oily and acne-prone skin, steam first then exfoliate; for neutral, dry, sensitive, or aging skin.

2. Deep Cleaning
Exfoliation can be divided into three types: natural exfoliation due to metabolism, chemical exfoliation through certain chemicals that soften the skin surface making it easier to remove. Physical exfoliation without any chemicals using only physical methods that lift the keratin onto the epidermis making it easier to fall off, such as steaming and massage.
Dead skin cream, gel, and scrub are chemical exfoliants.
Skins that should not be exfoliated:
① Allergic skins and skin around the eyes
② Acne-prone skin during inflammation
③ Severe redness, too thin skin surface
④ Exfoliation based on skin needs is generally 1~3 times a month, each time lasting 3~5 minutes.
3. Massage
Specific understanding includes the following points:
① Purpose and effectiveness of massage
A. Promote blood circulation, provide nutrition to tissues
B. Increase oxygen delivery, promote cell metabolism
C. Help the skin excrete waste and CO2, reduce oil accumulation
D. Make skin tissue firm and elastic
E. Drain excess water under the skin, eliminate swelling and laxity, delay aging
F. Relax nerves, fully rest, relieve fatigue, reduce muscle pain, invigorate people.
② Preparations before massage

B. Choose targeted massage cream, avoid body massage within 30 minutes after eating or when hungry
C. The person being massaged should close their eyes, refrain from speaking, entering a semi-sleep state is optimal.
D. Depending on the skin, open the mist for 3~10 minutes to increase lubrication during massage, promote nutrient absorption. Massage time is 15~20 minutes, too long or too short will not achieve the goal.
③ Basic principles of massage
A. Consistent with the direction of muscle fibers
B. Direction is from bottom to top
C. From inside out, from center to sides
D. Minimize pulling on the skin as much as possible
④ Basic requirements for massage
A. Skilled actions, adjust hand shape, fingers, wrist changes according to different states of facial muscles, maintain flexibility and coordination of both hands
B. Smooth, accurate acupressure

D. Adjust force based on the area
Note: Severe sensitivity, acne, trauma inflammation areas are prohibited from massage. Severely red-faced skin or those with infectious diseases are prohibited from massage. Severe asthma patients, joint swelling, gland swelling are prohibited from massage.
4. If there is equipment for skin care, choose instrument items according to need, like blackhead extraction, ultrasound, etc.
5. Apply mask: First apply eye mask around the eyes, then select the appropriate mask based on the skin type, leave on for 20~30 minutes, avoiding the eyes, mouth, and nose.
6. After the mask application, remove the mask, clean the face, pat water, apply face cream, and touch up makeup.
