Unfortunately, the elder's phone was out of service due to unpaid fees, and the building manager was also not at home.
My colleague and I immediately went to the elder’s house to check. After knocking for a long time, the elder finally opened the door, leaning against the doorframe and looking very haggard. Her first words were: [I don't know what happened, but my whole body aches so much.] We quickly sent the elder to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with shingles. After seeing the doctor, paying the fee, picking up the medicine, and sending the elder back home, it was already noon. We prepared lunch for the elder and ensured she ate before we left. Seeing the elder alone at home, enduring illness, truly moved us to tears.
