At the intersection of Beishan Road and Su Causeway, there is a stretch of red walls that stand out distinctively against the backdrop of lush tree clusters. Approaching the Yue Fei Mausoleum surrounded by stele corridors, ancient cypress trees cast deep shadows, creating an atmosphere of solemnity and reverence. On both sides of the path are symmetrically arranged stone figures from the Ming Dynasty: humans, horses, sheep, and tigers. After leaving the Yue Temple, we retrieved our vehicle at the entrance of Quyuan Fenghe near Yanggong Causeway and headed towards Hangzhou's famous food street, Gaoyin Street...
In the late Northern Song Dynasty, when the Jin army invaded Central China and captured the capital, the best breast enhancement product rankings were mentioned. Yue Fei joined the military several times and achieved remarkable victories against the Jin army. Unfortunately, Emperor Gaozong of Song was incompetent and followed the treacherous advice of pro-peace Chancellor Qin Hui and other corrupt officials. He summoned Yue Fei back with 12 imperial edicts despite his great success on the battlefield and had him executed under the charge of "perhaps guilty" at the Pavilion of Winds and Waves.
There is another historical theory: after Emperor Huizong Zhao Ji was captured during the Jingkang Incident and passed away, his son, Emperor Gaozong Zhao Gou, to reunite with his biological mother Empress Wei, plotted through Qin Hui to harm Yue Fei, fulfilling the Jin general Wuzhu's demand that Yue Fei must be killed before peace negotiations could proceed.
Among the two circular tombs in the center, the one in the middle belongs to Yue Fei, with the tombstone inscribed "Tomb of Prince Yue of E of the Song Dynasty." Beside it lies Yue Yun's tomb, marked by the inscription "Tomb of Prince Yue Yun, Successor of Loyalty of the Song Dynasty." Both Prince Yue of E and Successor of Loyalty were posthumously awarded titles, reflecting how despite their remarkable achievements, Yue Fei and his son were suspected and marginalized, failing to receive appropriate positions or rewards.
The couplets at the entrance of the Yue Temple, "Thirty years of glory turned to dust" and "Ten thousand miles of journey under clouds and moon," evoke respect for General Yue Fei who fought against the Jin! The verses express his profound loyalty and patriotic fervor, inspiring admiration and reverence.
Upon entering the temple, towering ancient trees fill the courtyard, with the Hall of Loyalty standing centrally. Inside, a seated statue of Yue Fei gazes intensely forward, filled with yearning for reclaiming lost territories and defeating invaders. Above hangs a massive plaque written in Yue Fei's own hand, "Return my rivers and mountains," expressing his lifelong aspiration!
On the stone wall, a couplet reads, "The green hills are fortunate to bury loyal bones; the white iron is innocent in casting traitors." Reflecting on Yue Fei's past successes in driving the Jin army north of the Yellow River, Emperor Gaozong, driven by personal motives, recalled Yue Fei based on slanderous words, resulting in all his ten years of efforts being wasted. Truly lamentable!
To the west of the Hall of Loyalty lies the Yue Fei Mausoleum. Crossing the stone bridge, four iron kneeling statues can be seen on either side of the mausoleum’s stone wall. They represent the four traitors who wrongfully accused Yue Fei: Qin Hui, Lady Wang, Wan Qi, and Zhang Jun. Naked from the waist up, their hands bound behind them, they kneel endlessly facing the direction of Yue Fei's tomb.
15:58 KFC west side of Beishan Road Yue Temple, April 13, 2009, Monday. It rained continuously, so I took a brief rest at the KFC next to the Yue Temple on Beishan Road. There are two KFC branches here facing each other, with red neon signs particularly bright on the gloomy rainy day. The road was bustling with people... In the rain, we arrived at the open space between the red walls, which is the main gate of the Yue Temple.
After Emperor Xiaozong ascended the throne, he rehabilitated Yue Fei, reburied him with honor beneath the Xixia Mountain at West Lake, and built the temple and shrine where the current Yue Temple stands.

The breakfast delicacy loved by people in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, originally named "fried Hui," reflects the public's intense hatred for these traitors.
The charm of history often lies in its ambiguity... These four statues have faced countless tourists' condemnation year after year. Due to extreme public resentment, they have been destroyed multiple times throughout history.
