In the second half, the 76ers kept narrowing the gap. At the 8:38 mark of the game, Louis Williams hit a three-pointer, and they trailed 70-74, only down by four points. However, the 76ers' rally was short-lived as they managed to make only one basket in the next seven minutes. The Grizzlies extended their lead to 89-74, ultimately sealing the victory.
