Let the browser use different profiles simultaneously

What does a browser's profile include? Preferences, bookmarks, history, extensions, context menus, cookies, JavaScript scripts, etc. If you log in to the same website with different accounts, you usually need to sign out of one account and then sign into another. Is it possible to open multiple windows at the same time, with each window logged into the same website but under a different account?
