The establishment and application of the formula for Bacillus cereus micro-colony count: The correlation analysis was conducted to establish the regression equation, which was obtained as: y = 1015179.732 + 3.021483827 with r = 0.951694607. After transformation by lg/count/m[_r10], r = 0.891. The t-test for the correlation coefficient showed that t = 6.51 > f'1 = 2.9_, North Face Jackets, p 0.05, this correlation has no statistical significance. To make the count value consistent with the actual work, after extensive experimental validation and statistical processing, the formula for Bacillus cereus micro-colony count in food was established: DMSCC/ml = Fw × mean micro-colonies × dilution multiples. This formula for counting Bacillus cereus micro-colonies should correspond relatively to the national standard method counting formula. Through experimental verification and application, the expected value derived from the formula matches the measured values obtained through the national standard method (p > 0.05), demonstrating reliable data.
(In the statistical process, we thank Professor Wu Bin, the biostatistics officer at Fujian Medical University, for his guidance. Deep gratitude is extended to him!)
