The box is formed by CNC machine tool processing, made of stainless steel ingots, and has an elegant and novel appearance with a non-reactive handle for easy operation. The inner lining of the box is made from imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels or 304B TIG welded into shape, while using 317L stainless steel pipes. The outer lining of the box uses A3 steel plates coated with plastic, enhancing the external texture and cleanliness.
An intelligent microcomputer controller with temperature control protection is used, featuring a timing function for precise and reliable temperature control. A large observation window with lighting maintains brightness inside the box, utilizing tempered glass to allow clear observation of the internal conditions at any time.
The hot air circulation system consists of fans capable of continuous operation at high temperatures and special ducts, ensuring uniform temperature within the working chamber. The aging box device is equipped with a low-speed turntable. The box insulation uses ultra-fine glass fiber cotton, preventing unnecessary energy loss. A test hole with a diameter of 50mm is located on the left side of the box, allowing for the connection of external test power cables or signal lines. The exchange time and number of exchanges can be set arbitrarily, using Hastelloy alloy plates.
