Annual Work Summary of the Acceptance Center (Cai Yonggang)
In a flash, time has passed by like a white gap. The year 2011 can be recalled again, but it will never come back because a new page is about to be turned over. Looking back on these days in Telecom, there have been merits and faults, gains and losses. Various facts and emotions intertwine, defining my current situation. Now I will make a summary from two aspects: work and personal life. Details are as follows:
I. Work Aspect
1. Work Preface
Firstly, with a grateful heart, I thank the company for giving me a platform to temper myself. I am grateful to the leaders and all colleagues in the acceptance department. Thanks to your selfless help and tolerance, I have successfully walked until today.
2. Work Enlightenment
It is my honor to become a member of the acceptance center, but at the same time, I deeply feel the heavy responsibility. We bear the important mission of managing, accepting, and supervising the company's assets. Our momentary negligence, carelessness, slackness, or complacency undoubtedly causes significant economic losses and damages the company's image. In the face of complex interpersonal relationships, I always use this sentence as a motto to warn myself: "Privately, I may take off my clothes, but when I go to work, I must wear armor."
3. Work Summary
In the past nearly one year of work, through a complete work process and extensive interpersonal interactions, I have gained rich exercise and elevated myself to a new height, which is worth affirming. However, there are also many shortcomings in various aspects, mainly including the following points:
1) In the actual acceptance process, I cannot quickly identify our optical cables;
2) I do not have a clear grasp of the entire project;
3) I have too little knowledge related to the work;
4) I have too little knowledge of other departments in the company;
5) I am not careful enough in reviewing materials and filling out acceptance reports;
6) The work arrangement for the monthly issued materials is unreasonable, and I have not achieved daily clearance;
7) I often make the same type of mistakes.
Regarding the above problems, I have made the following requirements for the next year's work:
1) Adhere to principles. Strengthen the learning and accumulation of professional knowledge, and earnestly do a good job in my own duties;
2) Exert the "serious" spirit and run it through the entire work;
3) Fully improve my comprehensive ability to further develop myself.
4. Work Plan
In the new year, I will mainly focus on the following aspects to better complete my duties:
a) Obey the leader's arrangements and complete various tasks assigned by the leader on time and with quality;
b) Strive to learn various professional knowledge and improve my work level;
c) Uphold work principles and deepen my personal dignity;
d) Correct attitude and dare to challenge pressure;
e) Persist in starting from practice and returning to practice.
5. Work Suggestions
Strengthen Department Cohesion Construction
I believe that the merits and demerits of the acceptance center are not something that any one person can bear or obtain. Each month we have our own independent responsibilities. When facing difficulties and problems, we need to unite and form a single rope, pooling intelligence to solve problems. Therefore, I suggest organizing regular training to cultivate the team's ability to handle and solve problems, enhance departmental reputation, and strengthen team building.
Organize Practical Training
From the analysis of the problems encountered in the current work, there are still many practical acceptance and process issues. For example, problems in the acceptance process such as system issues, further standardization of completion reports and construction processes, false reporting of in-building routes, large deviations between design sketches and completed route maps, etc., which are usually ignored and need changes in the process. These must be carefully studied and discussed repeatedly to come up with a good solution.
Establish Scientific and Reasonable Acceptance Systems and Plans
This includes two aspects:
1) Reasonable arrangement of internal acceptance personnel. The purpose is to improve work efficiency and prevent one person from long-term acceptance of a certain construction team's projects, so that the construction team does not have a lucky mentality.
2) Score each project of the construction team and resident network engineers, implement survival of the fittest, and clearly define rewards and punishments.
Improve the Supervision System of This Department, Expand the Scope, Level, and Intensity of Supervision
Currently, much of our supervision work is done during or after the event, specifically reflected in the accompanying workers and acceptance. With the increase in the number of company users and the expansion of coverage areas, our resource density has greatly increased, and the length of newly opened user routes has significantly shortened, which undoubtedly greatly reduces our company's construction costs, a good thing. However, some construction teams, in order to expand profit margins, arbitrarily break roads, change designed routes, overdraw optical cables, falsely report in-building lengths, etc.
II. Personal Aspect
In the past year, I am very glad to have had such a work opportunity and experience, and such a rapid growth platform. Indeed, in such an environment, I have learned a lot. What I have contacted and experienced are invaluable treasures that cannot be measured by money. They are written into my history and forever exist in my mind. While summarizing and reflecting on previous deficiencies, the road ahead is still long and distant, with more unknown difficulties and challenges waiting for me. But I believe that a person who has confidence, ideas, can live independently and handle certain matters, and possesses a serious, responsible, and constantly advancing heart, can achieve anything.
