The first step in doing a good job of electrical and water installation: 1. Two, Electrical Construction Standards: 1. Temporary power at the construction site should have complete plug-in heads, switches, sockets, and residual current devices, temporary electricity must use cables. 2. Power lines are divided into three colors: live line red, neutral line blue, ground line yellow, all single-phase sockets should be connected "left neutral right live middle ground" or "top live bottom neutral". 3. The power supply circuit for the socket in each room, kitchen, bathroom, and bathroom should each independently use a residual current device, it must not be connected with other power supply circuits, and its neutral line cannot be connected to other circuits. 4. Large power appliances such as air conditioners must have dedicated power supply circuits, R-type transformers, selection and installation of lightning arresters, 4M2 power lines for air conditioners, 1.5~2.5M2 power lines for lighting, all power outlet circuits preferably use 2.5M2 power lines. Other power loads refer to this standard. 5. All in-wall wires should use 20 PVC flame-retardant tubes buried, and connect using elbows, straight joints, and junction boxes, there should be no joints in the box, and power lines cannot be exposed on the ceiling or directly cemented into the wall to ensure that power lines can be pulled or replaced. 6. In special cases, when power line pipes pass through the floor, particular attention should be paid to ensuring that the pipe connections under the floor are tight, there should be no joints under the floor, and elbows must be used where the power lines enter and exit the floor. Before the floor is closed, the PVC conduit must be protected from cracking or damage, and when laying floor tiles, the PVC conduit should be completely covered by sand. When nailing wooden floors, power lines should be laid along the wall corners to avoid damaging the power lines with nails. 7. Power lines should run horizontally and vertically, not diagonally, and should avoid mirrors, physical racks, furniture, etc., to prevent damage by electric hammers or nails. When power lines are buried, they should maintain a distance of more than 500MM from electric heating, indoor decoration, water pipes, and weak electric pipelines. 8. Power line conduits should be pre-fixed in the wall grooves, ensuring that the conduit surface is recessed into the wall by more than 13MM (wall groove depth 33MM). After testing and approval, if the power line connection is qualified, the wall should be moistened, legal consultation New generation car circuit protection plan, and sealed with 1:2.5 cement mortar. The concrete surface should be flat and lower than the wall by 2MM. The power base box installation should be firm, and the panel surface should be flush with the wall. 9. 10. Switch wire boxes are generally 1.2 meters above the ground, one multi-function socket per room. All sockets and switches should be more than 300MM above the ground, and the heights should be consistent within the same room (height difference <5MM, parallel installation height difference <1MM) and not obstructed by sliding doors or furniture. The direction of the rocker switch installation should be consistent, pressing down the lower end is on, pressing down the upper end is off. Socket switches, wall drilling, water and electricity installation, panel tightening should use matching screws, not wood screws or gypsum board screws to avoid damaging the bottom box. Metal shell lamps' metal shells should be reliably grounded: the live wire should be connected to the center contact of the screw-in lamp holder; spotlights generate a lot of heat, so a lamp seat with a yellow wax tube on the wire should be selected. After wiring, the lamp seat wires should be spread out. The laying method and requirements for audio, television, telephone, multimedia, broadband network and other weak electric lines are the same as those for source lines (avoiding strong electric lines), their sockets or wire boxes are installed side by side with power sockets, but strong and weak lines are not allowed to share a tube, and the distance between them is more than 500MM. Audio lines entering and exiting the wall should have a base box, the position behind the speaker, the wall should not have visible lines. When not in use, the audio can be placed in the base box, and the cover plate can be covered. If the customer has no special requirements, all rooms' telephone lines should be connected into one number. If there is a distribution box on the floor, the telephone line should be connected to the distribution box. At the joint of the multi-core telephone line, the tube opening should be tightly wrapped with tape to prevent the telephone line from getting damp and causing crosstalk faults.

11. Quality inspection methods for strong and weak water and electricity installations: weak electric lines must adopt short-circuiting one end and measuring continuity at the other end, power sockets use 220V light bulb test continuity, use a megohmmeter to measure inter-wire insulation strength, inter-wire insulation strength 0.5 megohms. Telephone line joints must use dedicated joints.
