In the outdoor training activities, the key to deciding whether the training activity is successful and can achieve its original purpose does not lie in how excellent the training plan is. Of course, without a good training plan as a guarantee, it cannot be well completed as designed. Similarly, the results of the training will not be decisively influenced by differences in venue, environment, or weather. The key factor determining the effectiveness of the training lies in the level of the training coach and their service attitude during the training. The quality of the training company will not directly affect the performance of the trainees, but the coach's attitude directly impacts the effectiveness of the training. Therefore, before the training begins, the outdoor training company should conduct direct communication and discussions with the coach. A good coach can influence a team in a very short time, while a coach with limited skills finds it difficult to benefit the team in a short period.

In outdoor training, the trainers should all be full-time outdoor personnel, including outdoor leaders and project supervisors. There should be no part-time personnel from the training company at the training site. They may come from different cultural backgrounds and correctly choose their leadership abilities and team communication skills for team training. Outdoor trainers should also improve their language expression and interpersonal technical skills. During the training process, coaches should use Mandarin instead of dialects, which would be unprofessional and impolite.

Safety is the primary task that outdoor trainers need to pay attention to. While continuously improving their coaching skills and inner cultivation, trainers must not forget about safety skills in outdoor activities and economic handling methods in case of accidents. How to prevent safety accidents from occurring during the activities is also an essential lesson for coaches before the event. Trainers should possess basic certificates such as Wilderness First Aid Certificate and Outdoor Activities Coach Certificate.

During the activity, coaches are not allowed to arbitrarily change the pre-designed training plan. If bad weather such as rain or hail forces the abandonment of outdoor training, the time schedule of the training plan can be adjusted by moving indoor training projects to the outdoor activity times affected by the weather. Once the weather improves, outdoor activities can resume. If there are no indoor projects scheduled, then the leader of the trained company, the leader of the training company, and the coach must engage in a three-party discussion on changing the training activities. In necessary cases, the original projects can be replaced while still ensuring the accuracy of the training effects. Such coaches are called responsible and respected coaches.
