Employee Regulations

1. In case of special circumstances requiring leave, employees must submit a written application to the company supervisor in advance and can only take leave after approval (a maximum of two times per month, each time one day; visits to relatives or friends will not be approved, and proof must be shown upon return); sick leave requires submission of a medical certificate from a hospital; marriage leave and maternity leave are granted 15 days; bereavement leave is granted 7 days.

2. Employees who are late or leave early without prior notice to the company for more than half an hour will be treated as absent without leave for that day.

3. Private calls are prohibited during working hours using the company phone.

4. Chatting on QQ/MSN (except for business purposes), listening to music, playing games, watching movies, browsing unrelated websites, sleeping in the office, etc., are forbidden during work hours.

5. Damaging company property is prohibited. Smoking is forbidden in the office, and the office should be kept clean and tidy.

6. During employment, no action should be taken that could harm the company's image.

7. Disclosure of the company's trade secrets to other companies or individuals is strictly prohibited.

8. Employees must have a deep understanding of the company culture, such as website content, course arrangements and settings, plan development, professional knowledge expansion, etc.

9. Clients should be tracked continuously via phone or face-to-face meetings, and client resources must not be wasted. The goal is to sign activity contracts.

10. Work should be prioritized, treating clients as God, and negative work attitudes are strictly prohibited.

Training Instructor Standards at Bailing Expansion Training

1. Instructors must wear uniform clothing during training sessions, ensuring their attire is neat and consistent, and wear name badges.

2. Except for high-altitude operations, instructors cannot wear sunglasses during training sessions.

3. Instructors should pay attention to their appearance. Training uniforms must be clean and tidy, with T-shirts changed daily during summer training. Female instructors should apply light makeup.

4. All mobile phones, pagers, and alarm devices must be turned off during training sessions, and personal matters should not interfere with the training.

5. Smoking, drinking, eating, and spitting anywhere are prohibited during training sessions. Instructors should maintain their professional image.

6. Vulgar language is forbidden when speaking, and instructors should control their behavior and always be mindful of their speech and actions.

7. Instructors should arrive at the base before the trainees and wait in the office. When trainees arrive, the base director, trainers, and standby trainers should welcome them in front of the apartment building. After training, they should see the trainees off at the apartment building and wave goodbye in a line until the trainees' vehicle leaves the base before resuming internal work.

8. Instructors should greet trainees (including those not from their team) proactively when encountering them on-site or elsewhere.

9. Instructors should seriously handle any requests made by trainees. If it can be resolved on-site, it should be done so immediately. If not, it should be promptly reported to relevant personnel. Laziness or passing the buck is unacceptable.

10. Instructors should not dine with trainees during training sessions. Before meals, instructors should require trainees to sing their team songs.

11. Instructors should not chat idly with trainees during training sessions and should minimize talk about leisure activities. Joking around with trainees is prohibited.

12. Instructors must attend pre-training preparation meetings.

13. Instructors should keep detailed records during training sessions.

14. Instructors must participate in team warm-ups. During meetings, they should line up next to the main leader.

15. Instructors should avoid any unsafe actions or behaviors during training to prevent imitation by trainees.

16. Instructors should constantly monitor the safety of trainees and correct any unsafe behaviors immediately.

17. Instructors should strictly follow the procedures for each training project and not make unauthorized changes. If changes are necessary, they should consult with the main leader beforehand.

18. Instructors should arrive at the venue ahead of time for each project and manage the time effectively during the session.

19. Before each project, instructors should require trainees to line up, count off, and recite their team motto.

20. Before each project, instructors should carefully confirm the safety and reliability of the training equipment.

21. Instructors should use the training equipment correctly and with care during projects.

22. After each project, instructors should organize trainees to return the equipment to its proper place for the next group's use.

23. Instructors should uphold each other's images, maintain consistency in messaging, and preserve the authority of the instructor role.

24. When handing out participation certificates at the summary meeting, instructors should present them with both hands, ensuring the certificate is facing upwards with text towards the trainee, and engage in communication with the trainee. The same applies when exchanging business cards.

25. After the warm-up, instructors should refer to their own team or other teams by their team names (e.g., if the team name is Tiger Team, they should call them "Tiger Team").

26. During meals (buffet style), instructors should let all trainees select food first before forming a queue to choose their own meals.

27. Team leaders should manage their teams well, ensuring trainees do not leave the base (training grounds and dormitory buildings) without permission. Trainees should not be allowed to spend money at other places within the hotel, especially during free time in the evenings. If possible, organized activities for the team can be arranged. In case of special circumstances requiring leave, instructors should coordinate with customer service staff or directly with the customer organizer.

28. Trainers should strictly adhere to the base's rest schedule and should not sleep too late (should go to bed before 23:30) to ensure good mental state while leading classes.
