Publish a form in Google Doc to collect information.

Yesterday, it was mentioned that Google Docs offers a form publishing feature, but I couldn't find where to directly publish it. Today, I learned about it. Google Docs has officially provided the online form functionality; however, the relevant documentation has not been updated yet. The related content is already available in the English help section.
