A latest research result from American network experts shows that the Internet world is full of "black holes" which swallow information and cause network traffic to slow down.
According to a report on the "Science Scene" website on the 11th day, with sponsorship from the National Science Foundation, Ethan Katz-Bassett, a computer science researcher at the University of Washington, and his mentor designed a program to track these strange faults that occur during the information exchange process. They named this program "Hubble", after the Hubble Space Telescope which can search for black holes.
