Our newspaper reported yesterday (with pictures): The day before yesterday morning, a foreign man drove an embassy car with the license plate number "No.200127", and at the North Gate of the Workers' Stadium, he beat up the parking lot manager and the police officers who responded to the call, and was subsequently intercepted by taxi drivers and passers-by.

Report by our newspaper (by reporter Hao Gan): Yesterday, Beijing police announced that the foreign man who drove a car and injured the parking lot manager and police officers at the North Gate of the Workers' Stadium on June 4th has been criminally detained on suspicion of obstructing official duties. Investigations revealed that at the time of the incident, the alcohol content in the man's blood was 204.7mg/100ml, which qualifies as driving under the influence.

Yesterday, Beijing police stated that at around 7:00 AM on June 4th, the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau received a report stating that at the North Gate of the Workers' Stadium, several foreigners had gotten into a dispute with the parking lot managers over parking fees and had beaten the managers. After the Sanlitun police station officers arrived, during the investigation and handling process, the foreign man who was driving refused to show his identification and forcibly started the vehicle in an attempt to leave. When the police tried to stop him, the man struck the police officer and dragged him for more than 40 meters before throwing him off, resulting in injury to the officer. Upon testing by traffic management authorities, the alcohol content in the foreign man's blood was found to be 204.7mg/100ml. Currently, this person has been criminally detained by the Chaoyang police on suspicion of hindering official duties.

It is also understood that the man driving the car is the son of a counselor at the Saudi Arabian Embassy in China. He is currently studying at the University of International Business and Economics.
