On April 8, Microsoft MSN launched the world's first virtual employee -- the customer service robot "Xiaomei" in China. Xiaomei ([email protected]) was independently developed by the MSN China team. After taking her post, she will become an important member of the Microsoft MSN customer service team, providing instant online customer service to a wide range of Chinese users and answering various questions about MSN usage raised by users. In the near future, there will be more siblings of Xiaomei robots joining the customer service team.
