Beijing Express (Intern Guo Qin) - At around 11 a.m. yesterday, in front of Zhongyou Department Store at Xidan, 12 young men and women who claimed to be part of the "Flash Mob" suddenly knelt down on one knee with roses in hand to propose to a girl. Passersby couldn’t help but glance over curiously.
