My thoughts: Regarding Microsoft Documentation Becoming an International Standard

I feel very disappointed about such a piece of news. China's UOF standard has already spent a full five years and achieved good results in the processing of both ideographic characters and Western text. Is it going to fail like this? I'm not disappointed that UOF did not become an international standard, but that it failed to win the hearts of our own people. To be honest, as a college student, I still don't fully understand the true philosophy behind UOF. Since I started using computers, I have been learning Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Although I learned about the domestic version of WPS only last year, I have hardly used it because no one around me uses it, and there is also no WPS software on the computers in the printing room. I have a strong interest in the Internet and want to explore its mysteries, yet I still don't have a clear concept of UOF. Then what about those who have been indoctrinated with Microsoft from the beginning!
