There’s no need to download any software; you just need a suitable browser – Firefox 1.5, IE 6.0, Safari 2.0, Flock – to easily enjoy this feature. Similar software or websites include Stickam and Meebo Me. Stickam appears to be the most powerful among them, offering video chat, file sharing, and support for various personalized settings, almost like an IM software. If you want more detailed information, you can check out Robin Good. Meebo, on the other hand, is smaller and cuter, but it seems that you need to register before using it. Why choose "Gai Bu Li"? It seems to be the only one with good support for Chinese (only Gabbly has a Chinese explanation), and it is very convenient to use.
