China Telecom, tasteless + shameless hooligan!

Today, when I got home and went online, such a prompt appeared while I was opening a website: "You are not using the Sky Rapid Extreme Speed Dial-up. Please wait 30 seconds before visiting the website you want to visit". China Telecom's such practices are really boring and shameless! I have already paid for my Internet access, so why do I have to stupidly wait for 30 seconds every time I go online and open the first website? Besides, even if I want to use your "Sky Rapid Extreme Speed" dial-up software, can I use it on my Apple computer with Mac OS X? Is there only a Windows version available?
