Early reporter Ge Rongjin - Recently, the administration office of Cangnan County in Wenzhou investigated four illegally-operating vehicles filled with middle school students. Three of these vehicles were from the local funeral home's self-use fleet. Yesterday, the reporter learned from the County Education Bureau that it has required Cangnan Middle School to conduct a self-inspection and report the situation. The bureau will handle the case based on the investigation results from the transport management office.

On May 8th, the Cangnan County Transport Management Office received a report claiming that four minibuses traveling from Lingxi to Yuliao Scenic Area were suspected of illegal operation. The office set up roadblocks along the way and intercepted the four minibuses in the afternoon of the same day. The enforcement officers found that none of the four minibuses had a "road transport permit". Three of them were usually used by the county funeral home to ferry deceased family members, while the other one was a private vehicle. "The minibus from the funeral home generally does not have a 'road transport permit', but considering their needs, we won't investigate them," said a relevant person in charge of the county transport management office. The main reason for the incident may be that the funeral home's minibuses are cheaper than regular transport minibuses.

"The student section of the bureau has already started handling the matter, and the principal claims no knowledge of the event," said an official from the education bureau's office. They have required the school to conduct a self-inspection and report back. The bureau will combine the investigation results and hold responsible persons accountable.
