When frequently analyzing website log files, I always found that the IP address 222.77.187.33 appeared in the Baidu Spider (BaiDu Spider) IPs. Upon checking, this IP is a telecom IP located in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, whereas the Baidu Spider IP is a Unicom IP located in Beijing. When analyzing the crawling behavior of this IP, it was discovered that this IP only accessed the homepage of websites. Further investigation revealed that this IP belongs to a reciprocal link detection program from a webmaster tool. This program defaults to mimicking the Baidu Spider when fetching pages.
