The recruitment details of the company are as follows:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree graduate, major in mechanical design, Japanese language proficiency equivalent to International Level 3, capable of basic communication, and has practical work experience.

Technical Requirements: Proficient in using at least one of the following software: AUTOCAD, I-DEAS, Pro-E, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, 3D-MAX.

Job Description: Sheet metal design.

Work Location: Osaka

Employment Status: Regular employee status

Salary: Over 200,000 yen (depending on experience and language skills), hourly or monthly salary with proper overtime, late-night, and holiday allowances.

Vacation: Full two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave (10 days in the first year, usable after 6 months of service).

Healthcare: Eligible for workers' compensation, employment insurance, social insurance, and health insurance.

Dormitory: Apartment accommodations are typically single rooms for individual living. Rent and utilities are the responsibility of the individual.
