Baidu's Hot Zone refers to the advertising area at the top of the search results when a search is conducted on Baidu and over 1,000 affiliated websites in the global Chinese search alliance. This area can accommodate up to six advertising text links. This advertising zone is the most prominent prime position on the entire search results page, hence it is called the "Hot Zone".
