The Beijing Haier Air Conditioning Repair Telephone provides analytical data.

Haier air conditioner outdoor unit has loud noise and poor cooling effect.

Analysis and inspection: Upon turning on the machine for inspection, it was found that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet vents was only 7℃, and the low-pressure level was at 0.3MPa, both of which were lower than normal. There was an overcooling phenomenon in the high-pressure pipe, and the compressor was prone to overheating protection. When the compressor operation was stopped, the noise disappeared. After stopping the indoor fan, the sound of the refrigerant airflow was very noticeable, thus confirming that the fault was caused by secondary throttling in the system. By touching several refrigerant distribution branches of the evaporator, it was found that the temperature of the last two routes was significantly lower, indicating a welding blockage. After recovering the refrigerant and re-welding the affected areas, the fault disappeared as confirmed by the Beijing Haier Air Conditioning After-sales Service Hotline.
