Salary: More than 200,000 yen (based on experience and language skills). Hourly or monthly salary includes overtime, late-night, and holiday allowances.
Vacation: Full two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's holiday, paid leave (10 days in the first year, usable after 6 months of service).
