The remote control of the Hisense KFR-7501LWD air conditioner turns on the machine, but there is no response.
Warm Tips: The core control circuit of components such as the indoor fan, four-way valve, compressor, outdoor fan, air damper motor, temperature sensor, display board, temperature switch, high-pressure pressure switch, and low-pressure pressure switch is the computer board MC68HC705S.
(1) The computer board MC68HC705S controls the components through the PCO~PC7 control drive circuit MC1413P/TDG62003AP. After processing, the signal controls the relay's engagement, thereby controlling each component. The voltage of each relay and the voltage of the MC1413P/TDG62003AP are DC12V. The corresponding relationship between each relay and the components is as follows: RL3: Indoor fan high speed; RL4: Indoor fan medium speed; RL5: Indoor fan low speed; RL6: Four-way valve; RL7: Compressor; RL2: Negative ion generator; RL9: Outdoor fan; RL10: Air door motor.
(2) This model uses a large screen color LED display. The computer board MC68HC705SPBO~PB7 controls the keyboard scanning circuit of the display board.
(3) The indoor unit baseboard CN6 connects to the indoor unit temperature sensor, CN5 connects to the indoor unit coil temperature sensor, and CN4 connects to the outdoor unit coil temperature sensor. After filtering, the temperature sensor signal is divided and sampled and transmitted to the computer board MC68HC705S for signal processing to control the air conditioner.
(4) The indoor unit baseboard has an overcurrent detection circuit to detect the system current. The current transformer detects the current signal after silicon bridge rectification, then filtering, and finally transmits it to the computer board MC68HC705S for control.
Repair Method: Replace the computer board MC68HC705S to eliminate the fault.
Analysis and Inspection: After inspection, it was found that the computer board MC68HC705S was faulty.
