In order to do a good job in the agricultural machinery cross-regional operation this year, improve the utilization rate of machinery, and increase the income of machine operators, Zoucheng City Agricultural Machinery Bureau has made early arrangements and carefully prepared for the summer wheat mechanized harvest cross-regional operations.

Firstly, strengthen organizational leadership. A special leading group for the summer cross-regional operations was established with an office under it that is specifically responsible for coordinating and dispatching the machines, and providing information services and technical guidance for the machine operators in time.

Secondly, conduct market research. Organize agricultural machinery associations, intermediary organizations, cooperatives, and large-scale agricultural machinery users to timely grasp relevant information through the direct express service for cross-regional operations. Actively contact other regions to conduct market research, investigate the operation market, expand the operation area, sign operation agreements, and provide detailed and accurate cross-regional operation route maps for the machine operators.

Thirdly, focus on technical training. Host agricultural machinery operation technology training classes to solve technical problems in agricultural machinery operation, and provide operation specifications and maintenance technology training for drivers and operators participating in cross-regional operations.

Fourthly, carry out machinery inspection. Combine annual inspection work to conduct safety technical inspections on outgoing operation machinery, improve the technical condition of the equipment, eliminate potential safety hazards, and check the blades.

Fifthly, ensure logistical support. Conduct special inspections for counterfeit agricultural machinery products across the city, strengthen supervision of repair markets, purify the agricultural machinery market, and actively organize all supply points to stock up on the necessary machinery and spare parts needed for the summer operations.

Sixthly, strictly manage the issuance of operation certificates. Strict conditions are required, stipulating that all combine harvesters collecting cross-regional operation certificates must have complete license plates and equipment, and be registered for filing, ensuring that ledgers and archives are complete.

Currently, more than 1,300 combine harvesters have been inspected, over 900 people of various types have been trained, and more than 80 cross-regional operation certificates have been issued through six cross-regional operation intermediary service organizations. (Wang Tao)
