Some of the content is from Professor Xia Tao's lecture, recorded here. I hope it will be helpful to you.

1. Introduce the team, featuring one team member each week/month.

2. Product-related images (such as photos of customers using the product, interesting pictures related to the product).

3. The company’s latest good news, team gatherings or dinners. Highlight the human touch.

4. Preview product sales information, such as upcoming promotions or inventory clearance sales.

5. Introduce new products, clearly explaining what makes them unique and their advantages. Identify which are hot-selling products.

6. Real-life examples, actual customer application cases and reviews.

7. Introduce after-sales service. Service processes, order execution processes, etc., along with common precautions. (Share a common customer question each week.)

8. Share the content of emails exchanged with clients, such as responses to questions from previously served customers.

9. Place a video introduction of your company on the blog, including footage of production and assembly processes, etc.

10. You can also share videos that foreigners enjoy, especially those with regional characteristics. (Remember, customers are people too.)

11. Address customer complaints and solutions, answering opinions. (We solve your problems within 8 hours instead of claiming there are no problems at all.) Turn bad events into good ones.

12. Photos of brand ambassadors or introductions to them.

13. Industry information: How is the industry developing and competing?

14. Artistically include some recruitment-related content.

15. The company’s song, mission, and responsibility.

16. If you have many products, provide a list of best-sellers. Emphasize popular products again.

17. Free downloadable resources.

18. Team travel photos, photos taken with buyers at exhibitions. Showcase your strength and show that the company is constantly moving forward.

19. Show your office. Display the new office location and various departments to let buyers see your growth.

20. The history of the company's development and the process of product improvement. Provide buyers with a comprehensive and three-dimensional understanding to create resonance.

21. Interact with customers through holiday greetings and news events.
