Internet speeds to slow in 2008 | Wasteland

Looking to the future, we can predict one thing with at least some confidence: In 2008, we will no longer take for granted that being able to get online whenever we want. The Net will not grow any slower, but as more and more users go online to download music, video and games, and keep in touch via e-mail, instant messages and chat software, the information superhighway will have its share of traffic jams.
