According to the latest statistics, during the National Day holiday, security personnel at Beijing Station detected 45 cases of dangerous items through personal checks. Reporters learned that among these incidents, there were passengers attempting to board trains with fireworks hidden in their pockets, while others tried to smuggle stun guns concealed in their sleeves.

At around 2:00 PM on October 1st, a security officer discovered 10 firecrackers in the right pocket of a passenger during a routine security check. Currently, the police have confiscated the firecrackers and fined the individual, surnamed Li, 200 yuan for breaching public order.

At around 10:00 AM on September 30th, at the No. 3 security scanner entrance of Beijing Station, security officer Zhou Yuhong from the Beijing Station Public Security Division was conducting a manual search on a male passenger using a handheld detection device when an alarm went off near the left sleeve of the man's shirt. Upon physical inspection, the officer felt a hard object inside the sleeve. Further examination revealed a stun gun hidden in the sleeve.

The 29-year-old male passenger, surnamed Du, from Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, stated that he was planning to take train number 2589 back home for the holiday. Due to the strict security measures at Beijing Station, he attempted to conceal the stun gun in his sleeve to evade detection.
