Modifying a website's keywords will not immediately boost your ranking. However, publishing a high-quality original article is an invisible accumulation and sedimentation; it can increase the relevance of the website and may even cultivate a few loyal readers.
Finally, let me reiterate my understanding of rankings. I have mentioned this before in earlier blog posts, but it was somewhat vague. Baidu, as a search engine, claims to prioritize user experience, so websites that users like will definitely rank higher. So how do we determine if a website is liked by current users? There is definitely some element of manual screening, but we won’t go into that here. From my understanding, the machine part is that under the current keyword, the site with the highest user clicks will have the highest ranking. Before having any ranking, where do our clicks come from? They come from these friendly links, internal links, signatures, etc., emphasizing hyperlinks is actually emphasizing traffic introduction.
If one deeply understands this principle, without knowing any optimization techniques, your ranking can still be very good. Just like Taojin Station, the homepage is still dynamic, the links haven't been modified into fixed links favored by search engines, the keywords are set up in a messy way, and the layout doesn't conform to standard optimization layouts. On one hand, I am too lazy to change it, and on the other hand, I don't really understand it either, so I might as well avoid doing useless work and adding to the jokes. Instead, I focus on what I'm good at, and the rankings still steadily climb.
