On the 20th, the Flying Eagle Team of the Qiongshan Public Security Bureau received a tip-off from the public that the 85-year-old man had stolen an electric scooter. The team intercepted the man at the traffic lights on Gaodeng East Street. The elderly man admitted that he had stolen the scooter in Xiuying but refused to disclose his name or identity.
According to reports, this 85-year-old man is considered the oldest thief in Hainan's history. He has been arrested multiple times by the police, and each time he refuses to give his name at the police station. Instead, he always asks the officers to treat him to a meal.
