The "2007 China Online Banking Survey Report" issued by the China Financial Certification Authority yesterday shows that currently only 37.8% of individuals in ten provinces and cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Shandong use online banking services, which is slightly higher than last year's 33.6%. However, 71.7% of users believe that online banking security is relatively low, a proportion that has increased by 10% compared to last year.
