GIMEE’2008 is an important event in the field of machine tools, mechanical equipment, and related supporting sectors in China and Asia. It has successfully been held four times, with a total exhibition area of 150,000 square meters and over 2,500 domestic and foreign exhibitors. This year's exhibition covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with 2,000 pre-set booths. More than 600 domestic and foreign machine tool, mechanical equipment, and related supporting enterprises will jointly present new highlights in the industry. Exhibition Fees:
◆ Domestic Exhibitors:
Area A: Standard Booth: RMB 9,000 per booth; Naked Space: RMB 930 per square meter.
Area B: Standard Booth: RMB 8,500 per booth; Naked Space: RMB 880 per square meter.
◆ International Exhibitors: USD 2,000 per booth.
Note 1: Standard booths are 3m x 3m and include white panels, one table, two chairs, two lights, bilingual header boards, carpet covering the booth floor. Sockets need to be rented separately.
Note 2: Naked space within the hall starts at 36 square meters. Non-standard booths do not come with any facilities and must be designed or decorated by the exhibitor themselves or by commission.
Note 3: Free services provided by the exhibition include: a 300-word company profile in the conference publication, promotional reporting of the exhibition and targeted audience organization, exhibitor badges, standard booth setup (excluding naked space), exhibition site cleaning and security, providing two copies of the conference publication, and providing exhibition reports and selected audience lists.
