E-commerce has become one of the most profitable models on the Internet. IT people continuously explore the needs of users/customers, spiritual or material. However, up to now, China's e-commerce industry has never fully understood the needs of our "mainstay of daily rice" (users/customers). Men have once gone all out and relentlessly pursued a girl they fancied. I think it’s because she hasn't fallen in love with you yet, and you haven't truly put your heart into pursuing her, touching her, and making her accept you.
If we treat users/customers as the girls we pursue, perhaps we can win their unwavering loyalty. The relationship between e-commerce websites and users/customers can perhaps be referenced in this way.
