Hello everyone, today Shanghai SEO (SWJ) will exchange and share with everyone a concept of SEO: "SEO! Operations are more useful and important than concepts!" This article is aimed at newcomers to SEO. As for so-called "masters, experts, deep mountain elders," please just pass by...
Many newcomers keep asking me: "SEO? Why isn't it CEO?" Haha, just a joke! They keep asking me how to do SEO, if there are any secret tricks or tips, and they ask me not to be stingy and tell them!...
I, SWJ, always tell them to first go search on Baidu and see how many people have already answered the question of what SEO is, and then come back to me. Or go check out my SEO mini-site and then ask me.
SWJ firmly believes that "SEO is strategy." There's nothing much to learn in terms of SEO techniques—there’s a ton of information outside, take a look, and you'll basically know and be able to do it... So what is this strategy?
Strategy is like: giving you a gun, one bullet, and a small dagger, then throwing you onto a deserted island. What would you do next? Wait to die? Or try to survive on your own? ... Why am I using this example? It's because I'm drawing inspiration from Captain Jack Sparrow in *Pirates of the Caribbean*.
SWJ's strategy is about making dead things come alive. For instance, if your website gets penalized, don't give up; instead, think about how you can recover. Look at what large websites do. Don’t listen to those who say large websites don't need SEO—that's all nonsense! It's just competition at different levels—"upper, middle, lower, bottom"—which level do you belong to?
SEO must involve more practice and operations, fewer concepts, theories, and such things. Once you understand and know, that's enough! Beware, don't rely on brute force but rather on intention! That's what Zhang Sanfeng taught me! (*^__^*)
Alright, SWJ has shared a little here. Newcomers in SEO, think more! Don't spend all day posting requests for help online, as that doesn't have any substantial effect. It's better to buy a .CN domain, build a website, and just get started.
Shanghai SEO (SWJ) sincerely advises those friends who are thinking of learning or using SEO technology for other purposes: SEO is not omnipotent; SEO is just a tool. The most important thing is still to focus on building your site solidly.
