The report shows that Noah’s Ark's net revenue for the third quarter was RMB 72.7 million (approximately USD 11.1 million), a decrease of 71.3% compared to RMB 253.7 million in the same period last year; the net loss was RMB 290.9 million (approximately USD 44.4 million), compared to a net profit of RMB 36 million in the same period last year.

Performance Outlook:
Noah's Ark expects revenue from educational services in the fourth quarter of the 2011 fiscal year to be between RMB 24.5 million (approximately USD 3.7 million) and RMB 26 million (approximately USD 4 million). Noah's Ark also expects revenue from educational services in the 2011 fiscal year to be between RMB 88.5 million (approximately USD 13.5 million) and RMB 90 million (approximately USD 13.7 million). This forecast reflects Noah's Ark's current and preliminary views, which may be adjusted in the future.
