The gambling company Las Vegas Sands will invest 3.6 billion US dollars to build the first casino in Singapore. The project design winner is Moshe Safdie and Associates. This riverside building project, MARINA BAY SANDS, will become an activity center, a small world. The main building is a 50-story tower, which looks "like three clothespins". The most attractive feature should be this giant sky garden; if common small sky gardens give you a sense of "retreating into a small building and forming a unified whole", this one gives more of a sense of "opening the window and letting the mighty river flow in", a superiority brought by height and width.
