Permanent magnet magnetic drum

Fengde XCT series permanent magnetic magnetic drum (also known as magnetic pulley), is mainly applicable to the following purposes:

1. Rough selection of poor iron ore after coarse or medium crushing, excluding waste rock such as country rock, improving grade and reducing the load of the next process.

2. Used in hematite reduction closed-loop roasting operation to separate out the un-sufficiently reduced raw ore for re-roasting.

3. Used in the ceramics industry to remove iron mixed in the porcelain clay and improve the quality of ceramic products.

4. Iron removal operations needed in coal combustion, casting sand, refractory materials and other industries.

The magnetic drum, also known as a magnetic pulley, has a simple structure and can be directly installed at the head of a belt conveyor, or configured as a standalone dry magnetic separator. Magnetic materials are adsorbed when they move to the top of the drum with the belt, and automatically fall off when they reach the bottom, while non-magnetic materials fall directly along a parabolic trajectory. It can be used for material de-ironing, especially for pre-selection of magnetite lumps (particle size less than 350mm) and tailings recovery.
