One, the reporting and consulting hotline 95585 is available 24/7 to accept reports and consultations, ensuring that the hotline is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Two, after receiving a report, we will promptly dispatch investigation personnel for inspection and damage assessment services within 24 hours, 365 days a year. For local accidents (within city-level regions), we will immediately head to the scene for investigation. The time limit for arriving on-site is: 30 minutes in urban areas, 1.5 hours within 50 kilometers outside the city, and 4 hours within 200 kilometers.

Three, at the time of an accident, we will provide claims tips and required documentation for claims, and if necessary, assist policyholders with accident handling.

Four, for accidents where the nature and insurance responsibility are clear and do not involve personal injuries, and where the insured party (or both parties involved in the accident) agree to resolve the issue on-site, claims under 1000 yuan will be assessed and compensated on-site. Claims under 2000 yuan with complete procedures will be compensated within one working day, and claims under 5000 yuan with complete procedures will be compensated within two working days.

For minor personal injury cases, where the injured party's condition is mild, both parties clearly understand the injury without needing further hospital examination, and the injured party and insured party wish to settle the matter once and for all within the 500 yuan fee range specified by our company, the injured party, insured party, and our company's investigator will jointly sign the "Auto Insurance Minor Personal Injury Case One-time Loss Assessment Agreement" for on-site compensation.

Five, in cases that meet the circumstances stipulated in Article 22 of the "Regulations on Compulsory Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident Liability Insurance," upon receiving a notice from the public security traffic management department requiring advance payment, we will prepay rescue expenses within the compulsory insurance liability limit.

Six, for cases that are indeed within the scope of insurance responsibility but cannot determine the final compensation amount within 60 days, upon application by the insured party and after review, we can make an advance payment based on the amount determined by existing evidence and materials.

Seven, we will seriously handle customer complaints: for phone complaints, we will promptly understand the situation and provide detailed explanations; for in-person complaints, we will immediately help customers solve problems and quickly respond; for written complaints, we will thoroughly investigate and handle them as soon as possible, providing a response within three working days.

Eight, during the insurance service process, any person found violating professional ethics or committing disciplinary violations will be strictly dealt with according to relevant laws, regulations, insurance regulatory authorities' provisions, and company policies.
