Last night's news was affected by my own mistakes, resulting in color bias in the pictures. Although Fu Tai did not criticize me severely during the review, he just said to be careful next time, I still cannot forgive myself. I think I should take this as a warning, seriously summarize the shortcomings in my work, and strive to do a better job:
(1) We must prioritize learning and pursue new heights of thought. Learning is a kind of photosynthesis for life, and the quality of life needs to be forged through learning. The Northern Song Dynasty poet Huang Tingjian said: "If people don't read books, they will become vulgar." Former US President Nixon once said: "All the great leaders I know are great readers." Therefore, I also need to take learning as the foothold, foundation, and basis. Not only should I have a passion for reading, but I should also have good reading habits, learn with responsibility, relate to work, and think critically while learning, truly enjoying happiness, improving qualities, and seeking achievements in learning. Specifically, we should follow what Fu Tai said: "We need to watch more news from CCTV and Jiangxi TV, continuously summarize the good reporting methods and experiences from higher-level stations."
(2) We must focus on doing our work and pursue new heights in our careers. Promoting development lies in hard work; testing work effectiveness lies in practical results. As a journalist, we should not only have a sense of honor but also a sense of responsibility, always remembering our responsibilities, being mindful of accountability, and valuing the fulfillment of duties, striving to give our all and put our hearts into our work. We should always uphold the spirit of hard work and selfless dedication, treating our positions as stages for pursuing careers, platforms for making contributions, and arenas for strengthening our qualities. No matter which task we undertake, we must work diligently and pragmatically, putting forth our maximum effort to achieve our best level.
(3) We must value emotions and pursue new heights in our careers. To be honest, although Fu Tai did not criticize me severely this time, I think the leadership wants me to realize my own mistakes. Even though it was a small mistake, I must always remember that there are no small matters in journalism. Every piece of news you produce must be taken seriously. Only then can we truly achieve the goal of "making the leadership feel at ease and satisfying ourselves." Additionally, no matter how journalists develop, how they work hard or study, relying solely on their own strength is insignificant. We need to depend on a good platform and team cooperation to make significant achievements in our careers. Therefore, while working with emotion, we should ensure that "we see others in our eyes and have feelings in our hearts," starting from the details and getting the work done right in our hearts.
Keep working hard, keep pushing forward!!!
