Technical Principles of Pumpless Water Curtain Spray Booth: In the air containing paint mist passing through the front water curtain, the first interception occurs, then it enters the "boiling stirring channel". When the airflow skims over the surface of the water below the channel, due to the high speed, the water is brought into the channel. After the airflow reaches the top of the channel, due to the reduction in flow velocity, some of the lifted water will fall back below the channel opening due to gravity. This creates a collision with the water being continuously lifted, thus forming a boiling state. The water droplets in the boiling state mix and stir thoroughly with the airflow, and the particles will be completely washed into the water, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning and purifying the paint mist particles. Some of the lifted water follows the airflow into the air collection box. After passing through the分流grating, the air and water are separated. The purified air is discharged outdoors by the exhaust fan, and the separated water settles at the bottom of the air collection box, flows into the overflow trough, and forms a circulating water curtain on the water curtain board, effectively removing the paint mist particles in the air and providing a clean working environment for the operators. In spray environments with higher concentrations of benzene-containing paint mist, activated carbon purifiers can be used as supporting equipment for multiple adsorptions to achieve purification purposes. Paint mist particle purification efficiency: ≥98%.

Regular addition of specialized paint mist flocculants in the water tank causes the paint mist particles "washed" into the water to coagulate into floating slag blocks on the water surface for easy removal. It also changes the adhesive condition of the paint mist, preventing paint residue from adhering to the inside of the equipment, reducing maintenance workload.
